At last the painting and preparation is finished and Aro Ling Cardiff is ready to be presented to the world. Today Ngak’chang Rinpoche, Aro Lineage Holder, came to the centre and performed a blessing ceremony. We are now well and truly ready to offer Vajrayana meditation practice and teaching in north Cardiff.
Our opening day is on Saturday (28th) from 10 till 4. If you are in Cardiff, please do call in and find out about our drop in sessions, classes and the therapy we offer - and see our beautiful meditation room.
